Anxiety

Do you or your child feel trapped in a cycle of worry or overthinking, struggling to find peace in day-to-day life? Anxiety can show up in many ways—racing thoughts, restlessness, difficulty concentrating, physical tension, or big emotions that feel impossible to manage. Kids and teens may struggle with academic stress, social anxiety, or perfectionism. Adults often juggle work, relationships, and responsibilities, leaving little room to breathe. While stress is a normal part of life, chronic anxiety can feel all-consuming, affecting thoughts, emotions, and physical well-being.

I provide a supportive space for children, teens, and adults to better understand anxiety and develop tools to manage it. We’ll identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns, build mindfulness skills, and explore ways to connect with values rather than getting stuck in fear. For younger clients, this may involve playful, interactive approaches to help them name and regulate emotions. For teens and adults, we’ll incorporate practical coping tools and resolving strategies, including somatic approaches like grounding exercises and breathwork, and values-based action to create lasting change.

My approach is collaborative and strengths-based, helping you or your child feel empowered, supported, and capable of moving through anxiety with confidence. Rather than focusing solely on struggles, we’ll uncover resilience and build on unique strengths to foster calm, balance, and self-trust.
