About Me
My journey into the world of mental health is rooted in a passion for understanding the human condition and a desire to alleviate suffering. Throughout my life, I’ve been naturally drawn to listening empathetically and supporting others during times of struggle. As I processed my own experiences, I came to appreciate the transformative power of genuine connection and compassionate guidance in helping individuals heal and discover their true selves.
I believe that each person brings a unique story, set of challenges, and strengths. I find immense fulfillment in collaborating with my clients to navigate their personal path toward growth and well-being. Creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where individuals can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences without fear of judgment is a privilege I deeply value.
My work centers on clients who are exploring or navigating neurodivergence, including autism, ADHD, anxiety, or similar experiences, though no diagnosis is required for our work together. Others may be experiencing or anticipating significant life transitions—such as changes in work, relationships, or personal loss—and are seeking tools and strategies to navigate these shifts. Many of my clients are high-achieving individuals who are eager to grow, set meaningful goals, and engage in the work necessary to achieve them.
My clients are ready to learn about themselves by reflecting on their past, present, and future selves. Together, we explore ways to shift patterns, regulate emotions, and take empowered action to create meaningful lives. Through collaborative goal-setting and skill-building, I help clients feel equipped to make intentional choices that align with their values and aspirations.
I’m a Washington State native, with a bachelor’s from Montana State University and a master’s from the University of Washington. My professional background includes work as a school psychologist, where I provided direct support to children and teens and consulted with parents and school staff. Now, in private practice, I focus on individual therapy with adults.
Outside of work, I enjoy soaking up a good book, podcast, or show, moving joyfully through walks, yoga, or living-room dance parties, and spending time with my favorite beings: my partner and our beloved Aussie, Sunny. Sunny is the ultimate tug-of-war champion and a big fan of local dog parks, trails, and breweries.
If you’re ready to explore your own path to growth and well-being, I’d be honored to join you on this journey. Let’s connect!
