About Me
I’ve always been drawn to understanding people—their stories, challenges, and what helps them feel truly seen. As I’ve navigated my own experiences, I’ve come to appreciate how powerful a genuine connection, self-reflection, and compassionate support can be in helping individuals heal and discover their true selves.
In my work, I strive to create a space where you or your child can show up as you are, reflect, process, and move forward in a way that feels right. My clients are motivated, introspective, and eager to create meaningful change in their lives. Therapy with me is an active process. Insight alone isn’t enough- change happens when we take intentional steps toward something different and apply that insight in meaningful ways.
I’m a Washington State native, with a bachelor’s from Montana State University and a master’s from the University of Washington. My professional background includes work as a school psychologist, where I provided direct support to children and teens and consulted with parents and school staff. Now, in private practice, I focus on individual therapy.
Outside of work, I enjoy soaking up a good book, podcast, or show, moving joyfully through walks, yoga, or living-room dance parties, and spending time with my favorite beings: my partner and our beloved Aussie, Sunny. Sunny is the ultimate tug-of-war champion and a big fan of local dog parks, trails, and breweries.
If you’re ready to explore your own path to growth and well-being, I’d be honored to join you on this journey. Let’s connect!
